A few weeks ago we butchered our first batch of broilers for the year. We had been craving chicken as we’d been out for awhile. Last night we were finally able to cook one. One of our favorite chicken recipes is “Beer Can Chicken” although we use neither beer nor a can. This recipe is especially great in the summer because you can keep all the cooking outside and you don’t have to heat the kitchen up.
One day I stumbled across this recipe and it sounded too good to not try. Low and behold, the fam loves it!! Pork chops and mashed potatoes with gravy, SO delicious!! It sounds like it’d be super time consuming, but it’s not, it’s simple and hands off.
Because beef roast is such a staple around here, and everyone needs to have this in their back pocket, I thought I’d share my favorite recipe for the perfect Grass-Fed Beef roast with you. Brent says that he know’s I really love him when I round out this meal with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy!
Do you find yourself exhausted at the end of the day? You’ve been busy working and running kids here and there, then at the end of it all, there’s not enough time (or energy) left to get a good meal on the table. Or is there?
