Are you tired of trying to decipher grocery store labels to decide where your meat came from and how it was raised?

We can help! Nothing simplifies meal planning quite the same as having your freezer stocked with premium quality beef, pork, and chicken. Now you can feel good about what you’re feeding your family all year round!

We are honored to offer you 100% Grass Fed Milk & Beef, Pastured Pork & Chicken and Free Range eggs. We believe the healthiest foods come from healthy, happy animals raised on fresh air and sunshine, just the way nature intended.

Our beef is raised on pasture, eating strictly grass and hay with free choice access to minerals and salt. During the grazing season, we rotationally graze, putting the cattle on fresh grass daily.

GRASS FED BEEF

We butcher in the late fall, and we sell out early every year, so be sure to reserve yours now!

The cows are butchered right on our farm which eliminates a lot of stress for them. They are then taken to Byron Center Meats for processing. Beef is available by the 1/4, 1/2, and whole. Quarters are done as “mixed quarters” so that you receive cuts from both the front and hind quarters. We do our best to finish the cows with a hanging weight of 300-500 lbs on a whole.

The price is $5.50/lb hanging weight + butcher fee ($45 on whole, $23 on half, $13 on quarter). All processing fees are included in this price.

Our pigs are raised in a grassy, wooded pasture where they can dig and rut and roll in the mud. In addition to their pasture, they are supplemented with a feed mix containing local, non-gmo grains.

Pastured Pork

The pigs are butchered and processed locally in the fall when the grazing season ends. They are available as 1/2 or wholes and can be picked up at Byron Center Meats.

The estimated hanging weight is 150-200 lb for a whole pig.

The cost is $4.25/lb hanging weight + butcher fee ($45 on a whole, $23 on half). all processing fees are included in this price.

Our chickens are raised in custom enclosures that protect them from predators while allowing us to move them to fresh grass daily. In addition to unlimited grass and insects, our chickens are supplemented with a feed mix containing local, non-gmo grains.

Pastured Chicken

The chickens are butchered twice a year, typically in late June and early October.

The cost is $3.75/lb (average size 5 lb each), this includes processing and shrink wrapping.

While whole chickens are available in our farm store year round as supplies last, pre-orders receive a $1 per bird discount!
